Sales Leadership is the natural progression for those representatives who not only enjoy serving their customers, but wish to recruit, train, coach and help others to do same.

Building your business as a Sales Leader will give you the freedom to choose your own hours, fitting round your other commitments. As with all things in life you reap what you sow, the more representatives you recruit, the more your potential earnings. As a Sales Leader you earn variable commission dependant on your team's paid sales.

You will get practical training and guidance to help you obtain your initial five team members. Then you are free to develop your team as you wish, but don't worry, there is always someone there to help you should you need any advice.

Once you have registered as a Trainee Sales Leader you will need to order your Sales leader business pack, which is currently priced at £25.

There is a fast track incentive of £80 payable to you in two stages.

Stage One:    Find three representatives to place an on time order over MOV (minimum order value) by your second campaign as trainee Sales Leader and you earn £30.

Stage Two:    Find two more representatives (for a total of five) who place an on time order over MOV by your third campaign, placing qualifying orders with total award sales of £600 or more, you will then reach Sales Leader status and you earn a further £50.

This makes a total of £80. You will be on the road to success and earning commission from your team sales.

In addition there is potential for further bonuses as you grow your team.
